Slipping under the docks!

I have four docks that are giving me trouble. For some reason my cursor keeps slipping under the docks! Everything still works properly but it's kind of distracting when I can't see my cursor. The docks are all set to not be on top. 
Has anyone else had this problem? I'm perplexed! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cursor XP and my drivers are all up to date.

Are your graphics drivers up to date? Might be an issue there...
