i have always wondered where people get those animated emotions. It looks cool to me and i always wanted to have one, well...get one. 
But i noticed that every user who had used these animated emotions have a wincustomize subscription. so are the animated emotions for subscribers?

ok, it's a little on the large size but, I LIKE BIG!!! lol, and it's one of my own works too 
i had to look on my backup drive way, way in the back from when i first found i realy like doing animations over two years ago.
