i have always wondered where people get those animated emotions. It looks cool to me and i always wanted to have one, well...get one. 
But i noticed that every user who had used these animated emotions have a wincustomize subscription. so are the animated emotions for subscribers?

Just registered at image shack, testing how to link.
Which selection from image shack, copy and paste to comment or use image link
Never mind now using photo bucket, url in image link works, would not from image shack.
