i have always wondered where people get those animated emotions. It looks cool to me and i always wanted to have one, well...get one. 
But i noticed that every user who had used these animated emotions have a wincustomize subscription. so are the animated emotions for subscribers?

Dragons don't wear sweaters, unless it's cashmere, and then only once or twice a year.
