Cant Download

I cant download anything. When I try to download something. I always get a connection timeout.

now I'm having trouble downloading a logon. been waiting 10min for the download dialog box to show...page still says loading after clicking download.

okay, cleared the cache in FF and the cache in my dialup accelerator. refreshed the page...now it's working.
slowed, died, timed out

I know the gang's been working on IP stuff. That may be part of the problem if changes have to propogate.

Worked fine.
I was getting some intermittent time outs yesterday and some server busy messages today.
