How do you create WB skin categories???

Hi i was wondering if there is a way to create windows gruoups (categories) in WB, so i can organize my blinds (blue,dark,red etc,etc)
i know there is an option called "create skin category" but everytime i try to create one nothing happends.
any ideas on how to do it.

WB config reads the category from the WB UIS file, if the author has specified a category in it. You can manually add them yourself if you have Skinstudio.
