skinning console windows?

didnt wb used to skin console windows with ANY skin format? how come now its only uis1 skins that work?

I'm not sure this qualifies as "knowing" in the sense you mean, but console windows had problems with sizing & word wrap when skinned with UIS2 skins on many rigs which, for whatever reason, don't occur with the UIS1 format. I think, but don't know, that it boiled down to a compatibility trade-off and, console windows being relatively infrequently used, console windows lost.
