Cursor issue

I am having an issue with my cursor going under the docks. For some reason my cursor will go under some of my docks but not all. And sometimes all. Is there a fix or do I have too much stuff running together?

If your using OD+ then rightclick an empty area of the dock, choose "Dock Settings" uncheck the "Always On Top" box in the "Positioning" tab. Don't know why, but this is what fixed it for me.
