submitting PNGs for others to use

Hi,
I looked everywhere for something to identify a fitness program. I couldn't find one so I created one.
Now I would like to submit it for others to use, it is a png file but when I try to submit it. I am asked for a .odock file extension?
How do I submit this?

yes but it is asking for a .odock file not a .zip file.

If using Windows XP: "right-click the .png file > Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Upload the ".zip" folder.
