How do i install Zip files in windowblinds?

ok i can download teh zip file then it goes to my winzip ok what do i do then i dont see any install or exe? i just dont know how to install it from there

instead of downloading into WinZip, download the file by the 'Save As...' option. Go to the folder where you saved your file and change the extension from .zip to .wba and then double click on the file. That should load up your WB skin.
