How do i septup my skins

well people im new here so here it goes...i have downloaded a few blings and for some reason i cant get them to install on my computer to have it working...i have winzip and also firefox and internet explorer so tell me what should i do if you coul dhelp me step by step please thanks.

We need to know exactly what types of skins you have downloaded. If you downloaded them here on WC, at the top of the page where you download them there is a link to the website of the program that you need to use them.
