Config button causing crash?

First off OBJECT DOCK RULES!!!! 
O.K. I'm better now, but I have a problem with the new release. I just downloaded and installed the new version 1.20 of Object Dock. I had planed on runing it on a partiton with Windows 2000 installed just for gaming. I started the program and it loaded fine as it does on the XP partition, but I went to the configuration button and it brings up a windows error saying that object dock caused and error and needs to close.
I have tried reinstalling it but it still brings up this error. Below I have inserted the xml crash log from the error message to aid in helping me with this. Thanks in advance for any help.
