Paint shop, no display?

I've been using photoshop but the other day I was going to try and use paint shop for something but it didn't want to work.. It is listed in the task manager as running under processes but it won't show.. Any ideas?

Each time I would click paint shop to start it wouldn't show on screen, but in the task manager it listed it each time I click it to start, no matter how many times it was..

If you have IconPackager 3.0 installed:
From the start/ run
Type regsvr32.exe /u "c:\program files\stardock\object desktop\iconpackager\iprepair.dll"
From the start/ run
Type regsvr32.exe /u "c:\program files\stardock\object desktop\iconpackager\iprepair.dll"
