Help Makeing Small Taskbar

I am currently useing MacPC as a skin and am tring to figure out how to make the taskbar smaller. Such as the one used in multipass. Can anyone help me with this?

You will need to reduce the content margins on all your taskbar items...start button, taskbar buttons, quick launch, system tray, etc. The task bar will size itself according to the way the margins are set. The taskbar image itself should be made to the desired height. Play around with it and you will get a grasp of it.

You can also take a look at the multipass skin in skinstudio to see how it was done.
