No skin preview

Please dont think me stupid but,,,, i cant get a preview of skins wether it is window blinds or any other part of the site , im new to computers and basically trying to run b4 i can walk, all i get 4 individual skins is the text, the star rateing and a blank box
please help a poor innocent newbie

If you run a firewall, you need to put www.wincustomize.com and www.stardock.com on the list of trusted sites.
