FauxS-XP & Last Icon update?
Would it be worth the time?
Friday, July 1, 2005 by mormegil | Discussion: OS Customization
While I was doing the Icon-A-Day Icons I realized how many Icons had been added to IconPackager over the last few years. Every once and a while I see screenshots of people using my FauxS-XP Icons or the LaST Icons. It has been some time for me since I have looked at them our updated them. I am wondering if it would be worth my while to do so.
I have 4 colors of LaST Icons, that I could finish up and post. I would have to create something like 15 new Icons to make them IP 3 Complete.
Also The FauxS-X Icons are getting a bit dated. But with a bit of work I could go through and update them to include all the IP 3 Icons, as well as make sure they all have 128x128 version.
I don't want people to think I am just trying to get more downloads, or trying to avoid doing anything new. The Icon-A-Day Pack is just freshly posted and It will be about a month more before I can post the Atlas Suite. So this came to mind.
More or less I am asking to see if the demand is there, and if so witch packs would be most requested for a update? Let me know what you think?

BTW - the Core WB was looking might tasty in the videos. X-Mas release perhaps?

I would also like to second the idea of a full Office bonus pack (Access, Excel, FrontPage, Info, Outlook, Powerpoint, Project, Publisher, Visio, Word - I think I am forgetting one or two). I am going to try my hand at making the missing pieces for the IconADay series for personal use, but you are the master.

I am so out of the loop it seems.
I for one would gladly accept any icon you make though

Well, that sounds interesting

I've never thought the FauxS-XP icons were dated or anything. Even now, they're still one of the more elegant icon sets I've seen. Not that I'd complain if there were an update though

Always looking forward to your work, especially the icons!

First of all I really like your work. You are the best. Of course I would like to see a update of the icons.
I want to ask If the Atlas suite will be a Premium or a free one. Do you have already got some screenshots???
Anyway keep up the good work!!!!

Atlas is a suite of Icons I started about 3 years ago, and never had a chance to finish, they are pritty simple, and monocrome, so I would like to do a matching skin and wall to go with them, hense the delay. Not to mention with IP3 I now need to do like 15 more Icons if I want the pack to be complete. I am going to do a blog about Atlas, soon I think, and it will have plenty so screenshots Im sure.
