Progress Bar Blackout

Progress bar won't view

Running WB 4.5 and trying out the free version of Skin Studio.
The skin I am doing is going well but I have an issue I cannot find a fix for.
The progress bar at the bottom of the explorer window shows as a black and will not display.
Running Xp SP2.
Tried changing out to a new graphic but no help.
Any ideas on what I am missing?

There is an issue that might be affecting the skins you are using - the progress bar in IE and in the Explorer sidebar (such as in the Find Files dialog) will default to a new option in WB to use the XP Bar Background and Chunk graphics if they are included. Both horizontal and vertical graphics must be included and assigned or there reportedly can be problems. It's possible the skins included only the horizontal graphics. Haven't had enough experience with it to be sure, as this is a relatively new feature.
