World of Warcraft Desktop released
Blizzard & Stardock team up to bring WoW's interface to the Windows desktop

Blizzard has released the official World of Warcraft Desktop. The suite, created for Stardock Media by Apocalypse_67 and Adam Najmanowicz (lead developer of Stardock SkinStudio) combines both original artwork and in-game interface graphics from Blizzard's popular massively multiplayer game.
The suite incorporates technology from Stardock's Object Desktop in the form of Theme Manager OEM which has been previously licensed by companies such as Microsoft, Alienware, ATI, nVidia, Nintendo, and others to deliver branded desktops.
On a personal note, this is one of the best suites I've ever seen. And it's free.

The theme morphed thru a couple of changes before this final version as a request by Blizzard to make the skin more identical to the game's interface.
Thanks to Adam for the changes and thank you Brad and Blizzard for giving me the opportunity to work on this project.

"Black text on dark tabs! Doesn't work for me!" I have yet to see any black text on dark tabs.
Here is a screenshot of the skin on [WindowBlinds] NO black text on dark tabs.
LordDraekon, you can change the size of the taskbar button with SkinStudio, but it will "kill" the mouse-over effect.

[I}"...too large on a 1024 x 768..." That's what I'm running and it fit. You want too large for 1024x768? Try running the Incredibles DTXtheme on a 1024x768 monitor. It bled over to my tv in the other room.
This is excellent. My only complaint is not your fault, FF won't give me the full effect on menu tabs.
Pulled up IE to look. Nice.

Note to FF users, here's the fix:
1) Browse to your C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default\chrome\ Directory
2) Create a file named userChrome.css if it doesn't already exist
3) Add the following line to the file: (note: you don't need the namespace line if it's already there)

(note: remove the spaces in URL above, I put space so Wincustomize wouldn't parse it)
