Tray Icons

Ok does anyone have the problem that when programs are minimized to the tray they cant be called up sometimes by object dock and you have to click on them in the actual tray. I find I have this problem with Trillian. I have not made a dock with system tray icons and tried it, but rather I am trying to call up the program from a shortcut.

Trillian works fine from the OD systray, but I don't think that's what WishIwasMissing is talking about........ I'm guessing he/she doesn't use the systray in OD, and is trying to restore Trillian by using the running tasks dock.
I have a similar problem with SkinStudio, but I don't want to highjack the thread.

yah i dont want to use the systray... because i have way to may things running
