Windowblinds generic icons in file dialogue

When I run windowblinds, I get this problem with icons. (And the problem shows up regardless with stardock central, as you can see in the screenshot in the background of the screenshot.)

I think that might be ACDSee icons. Looks like maybe he authorized ACDSee to handle his icon associations.
If so, I think you need to tell ACDSee not to do that anymore, and then perhaps rebuild your icon cache and/or repair your icon associations (using IP or TweakUI or something).

Do you have IconPackager installed, and do you have an IconPackage applied (that is not the windows default icons)?
