Hello, I'm french and i dont't speak english very well but ...
I want to know where can I find a french weather docklet version. If someone can give me a link it will be friendly.
2nd question : what is the us postal code for Paris

zip code for Paris is FRXX0076
degrees celsius are available by selecting "metric units" in the settings (right click on the docklet.
Other than that I don't see why you would need anything in French??

Because "mostly cloudy" doesn't sound french
