screensaver wont work

hi my name is jenny, i recently started using desktopx i think it is fantastic, no more clutter on desktop. However i cant get my screen saver to work now, i am using 'cool' as my theme, i downloaded a screensaver from the site last night but it wont come on, is there anything else i havent done............ ps it is installed and all there is supposed to switch on after 5 mins
