Need a GOOD, RELIABLE Backup Program for both System Restore and Data

Hey, guys! You are all always so great at giving an old lady some really wonderful advise. Once again I need some. I have been having great difficulty finding what I think is a really good, reliable backup program. I need one that will do an initial system restore backup, but also to data backups as I schedule them. I want a program that will do this uncompressed (or at least have that option). I am currently using Iomega Automatic Backup Pro. It is okay. I have used the Restore one time and it was easy and went well. The problem is there is very little documentation to understand this program. I have called repeatedly to Iomega. Although, I can get through easily, no one seems to know much about this software. On line it says you can download the manual, but this does not work. Anyway, I have tried a trial of the Dantz, but that seems very difficult to understand. I want to be able to easily choose data folders all at once. Some programs you have to do one folder at a time,...not good. So.....please give me some good advise and software I can try trial versions of. I have Norton Ghost 9, but that seems to only do a System Restore copy. Also, I am keeping SR copies for several different computers on an external HD, so I need to be able to lable the SR copy as such. Iomega's program will not let you rename this. If you do, it will not been seen when you need it for that Restsore. Help!
