You'll need Windows Longhorn OS to get that style.
I have not seen a WB for XP with the aero borders yet.

Well, I can give you some links to a few of the things fireblade. The Windowblinds skin is Inspirat Link, you will need Windows FX and these shadows

Link for around the windows, Here's a link for the media player, there are many programs, this one uses AveTunes, there is a link to download it on this page

Link The calendar is a Rainlendar skin called Moderna mod...I can't seem to find a link but if you need it, email me

Email and I can send it to you. You need the Rainlendar program to use it. That's a start, maybe someone else will have more for you. Good luck

You can also get the kind of icons you see in the Firefox browser to use in the Windowblinds skin by getting Yz Toolbar (google for it) and these icons Link They are not exact but they are in the style you are looking for.

That screenshot is from on a Windows 2003 box. Notice the version number in the about box. I'd think all of that is possible on XP as well.
It's composed of various programs. WB or a VisualStyle for the window skins. The transparent border is a WindowFX shadow. The Windows Longhorn graphics in the about box would be a system hack I assume.

I gave you links to a lot of the things you need...do a little research and get the programs to use them...Windowblinds link is at the top of the page I linked...same with FX...Rainlendar you can just search in google...it takes a little effort but I've given you a good start

fireblade...I meant the black round toolbar icons that are in the Mozilla Firefox browser...with Yz Toolbar and the link to the icons, you can have those icons in all of your windows..not just in Firefox..there are many different Yz toolbar skins around and that aero style is very popular...and not really available to such a degree as with Windowblinds. Good luck with it all...it's a good looking screenshot.
