need help

hello guys i just got in to all of this skin for xp and things but i like the cursors the most now is there any way i can make my own cursors if i can, can u help i realy would liek to no.

There is a tool to help with this here. Just feed it the images you want to use to make the cursor, in BMP or PNG format.
