I need help with dowloading...

Okay. I'm new to this site. I have no idea what I'm doing. Now I want to dowload this skin, but it won't let me. What am I doing wrong?

I see you've already downloaded 2MB worth of stuff, o0Vap0o. You're only allowed to download 5MB total if you're not a subscriber or a Stardock customer. It could be that whatever skin you're trying to get exceeds the 3MB you've got left?

I focused on 'new' 'no idea..' 'now I want..' - since no mention of previous allowed DLs, I didn't think of it.
