Need some help

Tuesday, May 3, 2005 by TonDog123456789 | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

Hey guys,
My names Tony and I'm fairly new to all of this... just downloaded Stardock a few days ago. I wanted to know if anybody could tell me where to get started on how to change the entire 'start' bar and create a bar ontop of the screen that holds programs and such. I tried looking at the tutorials but couldn't find information that was to the point. Anyway, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks -Tony

You could try ObjectBar, a program spesificly made for creating bars on your desktop, or you could try DesktopX, which basicly lets you create anything you like on your desktop.

There's currently a beta version of ObjectBar 2 out which are suppose to be easier to create new bars with. However, I haven't tried it much really to give much advice on that.

Have a look at the excisting themes you find on this site to get an idea of what you can do.

If I were to do it step by step, how would I do that?
