Tweak Shell startup list

When open tweak shell select others to see add/remove for start list there are 21 Windows XP hotfixes listed. Can I uncheck and remove from start
list or do they have to be there. When run msconfig or open WinPatrol they are not in start list in either.

I think FreshUI would completely remove them, I am just not sure if they need to be in startup list in TweakShell.
