Is the popular list messed up?

I was checking the popular list for yesterday and noticed my lightsaber cursor is not even on the list. However, it is number one for cursorxp downloads.

I believe it has to do with subscriber downloads cause the ranking vs. overall downloads which are being shown. If you look at the top downloaded skins in the WindowBlinds library, they also don't show in the "all libraries" top downloads. It's something like that anyway. It's been a while, since the old site, since I remember anyone explaining it.
