How can I make themes for CursorXP?

You can do it in paint, PSP, PhotoShop, lots of programs.
I have PSP which will save in .png for animations. At one time you can also download AniUtil from the link at the bottom of the page, but the link appears to be dead.
Once you create your cursors, load them up same as you would switch out regular cursors then click 'save as' it will save all the cursors loaded as a cursorxp theme.
