Windows XP SP2

I'm running windows xp pro with sp2. Had to get it wheather I wanted to or not. You know how Microsoft is. Okay, the problem I have is now when I want to download a windowblinds skin it tries to save it as a zip file instead of the way it used to be. Where it would just download and tell me new skin installed. How do I get around this problem? Isn't there away to put it back the way it used to be? Thanks.
