toolbar icon help
recieving error

when trying to install a toolbar icon to work with windowblinds i get a message saying that it is missing or corrupt; for example, i would like to install the qute toolbar but when i click on the jar file it creates a folder in the progam folder under windowblinds but will not show under the windowblind control panel to select? is there a different procedure for adding toolbar icons? thanks for any input
