Is Aqua esque minimizing

Is it possible for the minimizing on object dock
to work more like on the mac OS X dock
I like being able to minimize screens to their thumbnail
but to keep this functinality each window has to have it's
own icon on the dock. This is fine when I am doing things
that only invole a few windows but I find that when more
windows are open at once the dock just doesnt fit on the
screen any more. Using task grouping solves the problem but
isn't good for knowing which window is which .I have tried
srinking the dock to a better size for more windows but what
i would really like would be a setting where the dockshows
minimized windows as a thunbnail only as I can still navigate
between open windows using alt-tab
Is there a setting for this or plans to make this an option
(a dock that dynamically shrinks when it's too big would be
the icing on the cake)
