My only problem is that I can't figeur out how to get/add an ExplorerBar that looks the same as the one in Longhorn Slate... Any help out there?

Thank you, Peace to all.

ExplorerBar as in Sidebars on your desktop or the Shell view in Explorer the file manager?
For sidebars: www.smartbarxp.com and www.desktopsidebar.com . Or you could recreate it in DesktopX.
For the Shellview, you'd have to look that the existing themes that does that.

Windowblinds skins it. It's called Toolbars in Windowblinds. A lot of Windowblinds skins use a custom toolbar, but if you want to use a different one, click on My Toolbars in the Windowblinds options.

Note, Wincustoize has a section for Toolbar Icons. You can download and apply any of these by going in the My Toolbar options in the Windowblinds configuration.

Will, first thank you paxx for the help ... I already went to the link that you have provided, but there are not much of choices... I've seen many pictures of people costimizing there desktops to have the exact ExplorerBar (Toolbar) that is in Longhorn slate... I'm going to provide a pic to show you what I mean...

Guys, I want someone to lead me to a site or a link that has that exact Toolbar or explorerbar that can be used or replaced by the one in the XP toolbar... Whatever program it needs, it's not a matter at all..

Well, if you unlock the Toolbar in Explorer and move the menu under the buttons you are one step on the way. Then to get the Large and small Next and Previous button you can use Y'z Toolbar http://www.winmatrix.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1161 that let you edit the button icons to any size you want.
However, I've not seen anything to let you have that "Computer 4 Local Disk" address item you see there. Nor is there any "spaces" item that pushes the seachbutton (or any other button you like) to the right. I've seen screenshots where people have simulated this by adding many invisible separators, but that would lead to the problem of the button beeing hidden as soon as the windows size is too small.
