how do i use a long on skin im so lost. plz help thanx

If so, you will need the LogonStudio program (just go to the "Software" tab at top of the page and use the link to download the program, then double-click the file to install.
After installing, test the program by starting it, and selecting/applying one of the prepackaged skins. If all goes well, you can download a Logon skin from the LogonStudio library. You should be able to double-click the downloaded skin file to install it and automatically start the LogonStudio program, which will allow you to select/apply the new skin.
