Cursors

Okay, well with help I finally figured out the windowblinds stuff and am very happy with my new blinds. However how do i change my cursor I have downloaded one so do i need a program or can I use windowblinds?? What do I need to do?

I suggest going to cordelia.wincustomize.com, she's made a ton of great tutorials for some of the most popular stardock products.
