The easist way to make a bootskin, is to take an existing one, and edit the pictures of it, re-save it under a diff. name. then, opent the text file that comes in the folder in notepad, re-name the pictures that it refers to in there and then save it with the other pictures of yours. Just make sure that somewhere you include the orriginal author the skin that you modified to make your own.
Its way easier than making one from scratch and figuring out where the marque goes on your own

I disagree. I can make one from scratch in about 5 to 10 mintues.

Other than that, I think there are mild tutorials within the bootskin program itself..Im not really sure since I am one of the many that arent able to use bootskins..grrrrrr!
