Objectdock bug

Sunday, March 20, 2005 by Dr Awkward4959 | Discussion: ObjectDock

I've got objectdock set to have a zoomer bar showing currently running tasks at the bottom of the screen with z-order "always on bottom", and mouse activation on, but not autohide. Now, when I have a couple things open and I want to move from one window to another, I mouse down so the dock appears, and click the icon I want. However, although this brings the window to the front, as soon as I mouse off the dock, it resets the window order so that the previously selected window jumps to the top. This doesn't happen if the dock is set to "normal z order" or "always on top".

The effect is that if I want to switch tasks, I actually have to minimize the curent task first, then click the other task icon.

Any suggestions?
