Blinds won't change taskbar

hi everyone
i have a dell inspiron 6000. i am trying to load WB on it however it willonly change the windows and not the taskbar
can anyone help me?

Try changing your Theme settings from XP Style to *Classic style in desktop properties.
That would be my first guess with the info you have provided..

What OS are you running?
Which version of WindowBlinds are we talking about? Is it the free or purchased?
Which skin are you trying to apply?
