Food Poisoning

yuck. Anybody have this wonderful experience? For the last 30 hours or so my body has been trying to rid itself of a poison. Much of that time was spent "sitting" in the bathroom with a waste basket in my hands because for some reason diahrrea and oral purging have to be done at the same time. Right now, my body feels like it was taken advantage of by soccer hooligans. This is the second time in a year. It's almost worth it to stop eating. (

yeah, as long as I'm washing the bathroom with bleach, I might as well do the kitchen (cuttingboard, sink, counter).
...and thanks for the sentiments all. Feeling better now, but don't remember having slept so much in a day as I have today.

Yeah SD, I had never really thought about it until I read about what lurks in the sink. You'd think with all the dishwashing you do that it would be relatively clean...NOT! And it can also be the things you clean with such as sponges or dishrags that can retain germs. So I started changing my sponges regularly as well as using those handiwipes with disinfectant, since I don't have health care I can't afford to be catching anything.

I am sorry too, that I went off. It is something I feel strongly about. It hit and nerve, and off I went. I am also very sorry you had a bad experience.
