OD Crash on win XP MCP

Hi, I have recently installed Windows XP MCP on my Laptop and my desktop PC, ever since, I started to have problem with OD. after a long perriod of time, maybe a few hours, I put my cursor over to activate a program via od, icon will try to magnify as usual, but where ever I point it to, the icon disappears, and never come back again. I have to restart the od to get back to normal operation. and this happen on both machines. I never had this problem before on normal XP pro.
I also notice if the disappearing act start to happen, the change icon sub menus (where I can browse to change icon for the shortcuts) will display blank icons too.
Any suggestions?Please Help!!!
