Text Color setting in SkinStudio

Monday, February 28, 2005 by Robyn Henke | Discussion: WindowBlinds

I need a little help with a text color setting please! Any text that is disabled is white, against a white background. I need to be able to see that disabled text at times with a certain program I am using (AutoCAD 2005). I have tried changing several "Disabled Text Color" settings with SkinStudio and have been unable to fix this problem. I am unable to use a skin because of this setting. Can anyone please help me? I would upload a screenshot so you can see what I mean, only I am not sure how to go about that. Thank you.

I bet you're using XP, right?
Try this:
1. run SkinStudio, open your skin.
2. go to "Classic Colors"
3. In Menus, you'll see several color settings.
Cnange background color something other than white.
4. save your skin and apply it to see if the new color works.

Hope that helps.

Yep, I am using XP.

I never thought I would have to go to Classic Colors to fix the problem.

Thank you very much!!

If you do not want to change menu background, above Menus is Selections, in there is Text-disabled, default is
128 128 128.
