Task Bar height
Saturday, February 26, 2005 by MrFixxiT | Discussion: WindowBlinds
Whenever I start up my pc (laptop in this case), my taskbar resets its height to one row. I like to have my taskbar to show two rows, so many programs can be visible in the task bar. Now, I have to manually resize the task bar every time I start up.
It didn't do it all the time, so maybe it has to do with individual skins.
Locking the taskbar when set to the right height will not help.
Does anyone know how to overcome this 'problem'? Thanks in advance.

I think it is a skin problem too. Some skins don't have the problem and some skins do.
I am trying the neOS skin right now and although I don't really liked dark skins, this one seems to be pretty ok. Maybe I'll stick with it for more than a week (that would probably be a record for me!

Sounds like a skin issue, or some sort of wallpaper resolution issue is forcing the default size to me, although I have not heard of this one before.
You might try a skin that has substyle specifically for "Double Taskbar" and run it for a while to see if the issue arises again.
I use "neOS" by danilloOc, and it has a double taskbar substyle and is an excellent stable skin. I am sure there are other skins if this one doesn't suit your taste.
