I cant get any of the suites to work.

Hi, I am new to win customize and its a great site 
. I tried to apply the a67 suite as well as many others and it applies but nothing happens. When i use each of the seperate programs, they do their specific job, but the suites won't work. It downloads the file and then when it applies , the skinds and everything stay the same.
