Rating Trouble

Is anyone having trouble with there comment and downloads being counted in Screenshots? I am.

The site seems to be experiencing a few "glitches" today, I dont know whether there are just waaaay to many users logged into it, or they are perfoming maintance..or worse..::laughs:: but people have been getting all sorts of issues all day..
