OD+ won't download

I've been trying for a few days to download ObjectDock Plus but the download won't complete. I didn't havea problems with any of the other links in the e-mail, just this one. It's currently stuck at 63%.
Is it just me?
I'm reloading my laptop and am anxious to get OD+ on it because that's my key method of accessing my apps.

It didn't show up under Misc at first, but then I figured out I could go to Tools/Register Products and enter this and other products so they would show up. It's now installed.

I should have mentioned the registering bit.......... I'll blame it on a worn memory chip.
