i tried "GIF Construction Set Professional" from alchemy Metaworks but cost! planning on making a antimated wm skin

Holy cow, you can still download Microsoft GIF Animator? I haven't used that since about 1999. It did a fine job of assembling individual frames into an animation, but it does nothing more than that.
