I need *help* in setting up these awesome new LOGONS..........!

SORRY I AM A NEWBIE....
okay can anyone figure this out?
for some odd reason everytime i wanna d/l one of these awesome log-ons, it never works...whenever i'd unzip it, it would have a file w/a ".xp" extension in it, THEN i'd put it in the 'logonstudio' program and it'd work....
but now whenever i try to unzip a logon program...majority of them almost NEVER contain the ".xp" extension (they suddenly stopped showing up!) so i can't load it on the 'logon' program
anyone know what to do here..
