Help Me with icons
Cannot get to use them

I cannot get my icons to work because when it opens it asks what I should open it with....What do I do doesn anyone have any help they could give me?

Tell Windows to use it with 'Icon Packager'. If you don't have Icon Packager, download it here: https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/ install it and reboot.
