HELP: size of icons

hello: i just purchased object dock plus ... i have downloaded some docklets (or icons?) to replace the default docklets for my computer, firefox, and thurderbird. i was able to change from the defaults, but the icons are noticeably smaller than the default icons. sure, if you run my mouse over the icons the size varies (according to my settings); but i would like the downloads to be same size as the defaults. any help is appreciated. thank you.

Right click on an empty area of the dock, and select Dock Settings > In Appearance (standard docks), or Size and Appearance (tabbed docks), you can adjust the size of the icons.
